Rules

Eligibility

• Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students currently enrolled in an Irish institution.
• Participants may compete individually or in teams (maximum team size: 4–5 members).

Intellectual Property

• Teams retain full ownership of their intellectual property.
• By participating, teams grant Advance Health permission to showcase project summaries and media for promotional purposes.

Code of Conduct

Advance Health is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants.

All attendees must:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism
• Avoid discriminatory or harassing behavior
• Follow venue rules and event guidelines

Violations may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

Compliance

• Projects must comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• AI and medical-related projects must clearly disclose limitations and intended use.
